Ace Ventura. It DID make me laugh out loud a few times because of the sight gags.
And if you can find it, by all means, try and find, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" with Michael Caine and Steve Martin. Absolutely HILARIOUS.
And don’t forget, "The Jerk" without commercial interuption. Still a classic and so stupid it’s just a fun fun movie……

Out of the choices you’ve given, Animal House, mainly due to John Belushi’s joke about the zit, and the party where they ride a motorbike up the stairs.
The FUNNIEST movie is Life of Brian. Silver and Bronze medals go to Blazing Saddles and Airplane (also released as "Flying High").

Well it all just depends on what kind of funny you like! personally i would choose Ace Ventura or Anchorman. Ace Ventura is more witty funny but is sure to make you laugh..and if you like that the second one is EVEN FUNNIER! Anchorman is funny the way that all other will farrel movies are funny(taladega nights,elf,old school) So basically it just kind of depends on what kind of funny you like and what others watching it with you will like!! And if you still cant decide, watch em all..take some time and have a movie marathon day with your friends, that is always so much fun! well good luck, i hope that helps! have fun!
