On a certain tv show, they say that there are certain times where there is more paranormal activity occuring. The one time I know of is 3:00 am. Is this proved to be true?
Yes, I realize that paranormal activity occurs at all times of the day, but I was just wondering if "dead time" is actually true. For those of you who say it is, does it last the full hour?
It’s never been proven but you are correct about 3:00am because that is known as the witching hour since jesus was born or killed on the cross at 3:00pm or something.

The sun is continually bombarding the earth with electromagnetic energy - we know this because it can sometimes be enough to damage our existing electrical infrastructure during solar flares and other solar events. When it is night, the bulk of the earth is shielding the night side from this electromagnetic energy. My guess is that a lack of solar electromagnetic interference may make it easier to notice paranormal phenomenon, or perhaps easier for paranormal phenomenon to occur without background interference.

There are several theories as to why it is so much more noticeable at night.
The 3:00 am is said to be the opposite hour to which Christ died at. (3:00 pm) Which allows ghost to flow freely between realms.
In the evening and early morning hours we are resting therefor we have energy sitting dormant or unused energy which allow the spirits to use it. When a spirit can gather energy it is then noticed more, because it can do more.

No, paranormal activity is most high when its dark starting at 6:00 till 6:00 am because u can see more orbs (spirits energy) in the dark and more of spirits come out at that time. Trust me i read up on those kind of things.
